You are welcome to send your clock/movement to us for repair.
If you are unable to remove the movement yourself, please contact a clockmaker in your region.Careful packaging is important for despatch:
Pack the movement in a plastic bag.
Take a large cardboard box and stuff it with crumpled newspaper. Place the movement in the centre of the box.
Tape this box shut.
Take a larger box and crumple up the newspaper again.
Place the box with the movement in the centre of the second box.
Don't forget a note with your contact details and the fault with your movement.
You will receive a cost estimate from us after the initial assessment, but we will only start work after your approval.
The costs incurred in advance for the estimate will be charged back when the order is placed.
